Army jawan Saurabh Katara lost his life in a blast during patrolling in Kupwara district, Jammu & Kashmir. The blast took place at 3 am.
Army chief Bipin Rawat criticized violent protests over the citizenship act, saying "leaders are not those who lead masses in arson and violence".
