Navjot Singh Sidhu’s wife defeats Stage-4 cancer with Ayurvedic and natural foods

Navjot Singh Sidhu’s wife has been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. A doctor told her that she only had a 3 percent chance of surviving this cancer. Despite this, Sidhu and his wife did not give up and focused on operation, therapy, willpower, and lifestyle. They succeeded in defeating stage-4 cancer through Ayurvedic and natural foods.

In the press conference, Navjot Singh said, “We spoil the whole body in the pursuit of taste. The diet was started with complete research and information. After which we could recover from stage 4 cancer in just 40 days.” Apart from cancer, this diet also helps in fatty liver. Sidhu took this diet, and his fatty liver was cured. This diet is completely Ayurvedic.

Navjot Kaur’s diet includes anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer foods. Her day started with lemon water. Herbal tea was also included in her daily routine. Navjot avoided sugar, carbohydrates, and roti-rice; she used to eat only natural foods. Sidhu said, if you give a gap from eating, then cancer cells start dying on their own.

The ingredients for herbal tea include cinnamon, black pepper, cloves, and cardamom. A little jaggery was added to sweeten it. After this, raw turmeric, one garlic, and apple vinegar were given. After half an hour, 10-12 neem leaves were given. After that, nuts, white ash gourd juice, and 1 glass of juice were given. Beetroot, carrot, and one amla were added to make the juice.

Dinner, which did not have rice and roti. Only quinoa was given in it because this is the only grain that is anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer. Along with this, he said that the use of coconut is very beneficial. She used to have dinner in the evening at dusk by 6-6:30 pm. Sidhu said that his wife was drinking water whose pH level was 7. Water is the most important thing because most of our body is made up of it, so to defeat cancer, you need to pay attention to it.
