You must have heard about the richest man in the world, but have you ever heard about the poorest man? The poorest people in the world are struggling with their daily needs. But have you ever thought that the annual income of a person can be only 2 rupees? Yes, this is the story of Balram, who lives in a small village in Madhya Pradesh and is described as the poorest person in the world.
You must have been shocked to hear the annual income of 2 rupees, but this is true, and Balram also has the official income certificate to prove this. It is a matter of thinking about how can a family run the household for 2 rupees a year. Balram had applied online a few days ago in which he had told his annual income as 40000 rupees, but the clerk of the tehsil wrote 2 rupees instead of 40000.
When Balram got his income certificate, he was shocked to see 2 rupees, that is, what kind of amazing work the government clerk of Madhya Pradesh did.
Balram of Ghughra village said that when he applied online, he had written his annual income as 40 thousand rupees, but the tehsil clerk mistakenly wrote it as just 2 rupees. In this case, no one in the Tehsil office read the documents carefully and even then clerk Gyanchand Rai signed it without reading it and issued the online income certificate. Now Balram wants correction in his certificate, for which he is also applying.
Clerk Mahendra Singh Chauhan of Banda Tehsil has given information to the local media that the certificate of annual income of Balram Chadhar of Ghughra of 2 rupees has come to my notice. This matter is before my posting. We are also investigating how such a certificate was issued. A new, revised certificate will be issued after corrections are made to the concerned person’s income records.
