A week ago, a report had surfaced guaranteeing that the Hassan Rouhani-drove government in Iran chose to bar India from the development task of Zahedan. India had consented to an arrangement with Iran to develop a rail line from Chabahar port to Zahedan, along the outskirt with Afghanistan.
