The Bihar Police Jawan has shaved his mustache after the Hyderabad police shot dead all the four accused in the gang rape and murder of a young veterinarian in Telangana. The young man hails from Vaishali, Bihar. His name is Shivaji Kumar.
Kumar said, he never shaved his mustache in his life, but Hyderabad’s rape case shook him and he took a vow on the same day that if all four accused in the rape and murder of a young veterinarian were shot dead, he would shave his mustache.
As news of the encounter broke, social media was flooded with congratulatory and celebratory tweets praising Telangana Police and state. As soon as Kumar came to know that all accused have been killed by Telangana cops on Friday morning, he shaved his mustache in joy.
He has praised the strong action of the Telangana police, he said that the step of cops is commendable. He further said such monsters should be shot dead.
Shivaji Kumar is in traffic police and currently posted in Arrah. Prior to this, he has also served in Coors Mobile and Town Police Station. His way of celebrating happiness is being liked a lot on social media. Several people have like his way of celebrating joy.
The incident occurred at Chattanpally village near Shadnagar. According to police, all accused somehow managed to snatch weapons from cops and tried to escape.
The Cyberabad Police said its personnel resorted to “retaliatory” firing after two of the accused, Areef and Chennakesavulu opened fire at them by snatching their weapons besides attacking the latter with stones and sticks, resulting in injuries to two policemen.
“They kept firing. They continued to fire and attack despite us asking them to surrender,”Cyberabad commissioner VC Sajjanar said. In the incident, two police officers named Arvind Goud and Venkateshwarulu were seriously injured, including on their heads, according to the police. While briefing the nature of injuries that cops received, he said, “There are no bullet wounds on the police officers.”
