It’s not the Sunny Leone whom you know, it’s the Sunny Leone whom you don’t really know.
When Sunny Leone scored more than 98% in the exam, people got confused for a moment. This is where common sense comes into play as there is no trademark specifically for a person’s name and hence there can be n number of persons with same names.
Sunny Leone put in an application for the post of junior engineer in Bihar Public Health Engineering Department (PHED).
Bihar PHED welcomed applications for the post of junior engineer (civil) between January 15 to 31, 2019 depending on the marks of their diploma in engineering. Around 17,000 aspirants applied for the post and Sunny Leone was just one of them, but the name was just enough to draw too much attention.
Needless to say, there is no confirmation whether the candidate is genuine or somebody just purposely filled up the online form out of fun. It has been said that the candidate claimed to have a diploma of engineering with a staggering score of 98.5 points.
Ashok Kumar, who is the Joint Secretary (management) of PHED Bihar said, “Yes, we have received an application for the post with the name Sunny Leone whose father’s name is Leona Leone and she is born on May 13, 1991.
She also claims to have a diploma of engineering with 98.5 points. However, we cannot confirm that this candidate application is genuine or not. This can be confirmed only after the process of certificate and document verification is done.”
In a notice issued by PHED Bihar, it is said that the list is a ‘draft merit list’ and candidates can raise many objections till February 24. Candidates can further log in to phed.bih.nic.in. to raise objections and after which the applicants will be shortlisted for the exam.
