What if we tell you that Virat Kohli’s wife and Mahendra Singh Dhoni’s wife were once classmates? Yes, no kidding! It’s true! Anushka Sharma and Sakshi Dhoni have one more thing in common apart from their cricketer husbands. It was at one point of time both Anushka and Sakshi studied in St. Mary’s School Margherita in Assam.
It has been said that Anushka Sharma studied in several schools during her childhood days. She changed schools and travel across cities in the country along with her father, who served in Army. So, when her father was posted in Assam, Anushka and Sakshi attended the same school together.
However, in the previous interview, Anushka Sharma spoke about rekindling the friendship with Sakshi Dhoni years after graduating.
“Sakshi and I lived together in a very small town in Assam. When she told me where she lived, I said wow, I have lived here too! She said I went to this school, I said I went to this school too. And then I found a picture in which Sakshi is dressed as a fairy and I’m dressed in a Ghaghara like my favourite idol Madhuri. Sakshi is extremely funny.”
