In good news for her, the desi girl has already signed her fourth Hollywood project with an Oscar-winning director Barry Levinson. In the movie, she will be seen playing the role of spiritual leader Osho’s disciple and closest assistant Ma Anand Sheela.
For your information, Ma Anand Sheela is the former right-hand woman to godman Osho. She shot into fame right after Netflix’s documentary series titled Wild Wild Country was released.
Confirming the same, Priyanka Chopra revealed about the project when she recently appeared on ‘Ellen Degeneres show’.
“We’re developing it as the character of Sheela, who was this guru who originated from India, his right-hand woman. And she was just devious and created a whole cult in America, brought people here,” she said.
