In the recent incident, Florida man was arrested after he allegedly thrashed a female McDonald’s employee over a heated argument about straws.
The video, which has gone rife on social media, shows the customer Daniel Taylor, 40, went up to the counter at the St. Petersburg, Florida, McDonald’s before he allegedly got his hands on to the woman, a restaurant’s employee and dragged her towards him.

Another customer by the name of Brenda Biandudi pulled out her phone to capture the full video for a piece of evidence. James guarded herself by smashing Taylor in the face, as he held on to her shirt’s collar, according to the video.
The serious fight started because of missing straws. “She told him that it’s the law now that they’re not supposed to have the straws in the lobby,” Biandudi told The Washington Post. “He said there’s no such law.”
Biandudi says after leaving, he lost his temper as he came back into the store and yelled at the manager. Not just that! Taylor also kicked one more employee in the stomach on his way out.
As per the reports, Taylor was charged with a crime and was ordered to stay away from the restaurant and stop contacting the employee.
