A teacher of a government school in Jhansi has done such a feat, which is now being discussed all over the country. This teacher has created an Artificial Intelligence (AI) based robot to provide better education to the students of rural areas. This robot helps in teaching children in a modern way, and also arouses interest in technology in them.

According to sources, this is the invention of Mohanlal Suman, an assistant teacher of Rampur Composite School. He has been a teacher in a government school for 25 years and teaches sociology and the arts to the students. This robot was invented because there are only 7 teachers in the school, and apart from teaching, all of them have additional responsibilities of school administration, due to which the study time of the children was wasted.
Mohanlal Suman created an AI-powered humanoid named “Madam Suman” to serve as a teacher. Built using wood and a mannequin’s face, the humanoid cost him around ₹2000–₹3000 from his savings. Assembled with screws and bolts, it is dressed in a traditional sari and placed in a classroom.
How does this AI teacher work?
Madam Suman runs on artificial intelligence and is currently powered by Google’s customized AI, Gemini. A mobile phone placed on her body operates the system. She quickly answers questions in Hindi, explaining things in a simple and interesting way with fun facts.
Madam Suman, the AI-powered humanoid, was introduced at Rajapur Composite School on April 2. In just a month and a half, she’s been answering students’ questions daily. From math and science to social studies and language, she helps out with all kinds of subjects and supports students in their learning.
Mohanlal Suman shared that motors are used for eye blinking and lip movement to give Madam Suman natural expressions, helping students feel more connected. He plans to upgrade the model to walk and make hand gestures in the future. So far, he hasn’t taken any financial help for this invention.
