During a recent meeting with PM Modi, martyr Shubham’s wife grew emotional while recalling her husband’s sacrifice in the Pahalgam terror attack. PM Modi also became emotional and consoled the family by saying that the ongoing “Operation Sindoor” against terrorism has not been stopped; it will continue in the future as well.

According to sources, Prime Minister Narendra Modi met the family of Kanpur resident Shubham Dwivedi at Chakeri Airport on Friday. In this meeting of about eight minutes, Shubham’s parents and wife Aishnya could not hold back their tears in front of the Prime Minister. They folded their hands and said that their son’s martyrdom should not go in vain. PM Modi also became emotional and consoled the family by saying that the ongoing “Operation Sindoor” against terrorism has not been stopped; it will continue in the future as well.
After meeting the Prime Minister, Aishnya said that she talked to PM Modi about two things. One, her husband should be given the status of a martyr; And secondly, that the terrorists behind this attack were working as part of a conspiracy to divide the Hindus and Muslims of the country. He said that the terrorists were firing bullets after asking religion, which clearly shows that they want to divide India internally. PM Modi listened seriously to Aishnya’s words and agreed.
Shubham’s father, Sanjay Dwivedi, said that the Prime Minister expressed his condolences wholeheartedly and assured that root out terrorism. He also said that in this meeting, the Prime Minister talked about meeting again in the future. Under the family’s security arrangements till the airport, Narwal SDM took the responsibility, and they were taken there in a special vehicle.
Shubham Dwivedi was killed in the terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, on 22 April. In this attack, the terrorists fired bullets after asking names, in a total of 26 tourists died. Shubham had also gone for a trip with his wife Aishnya and 11 other family members. During the attack, he was in a restaurant in Baisaran Valley, where the terrorists opened indiscriminate fire. According to Aishnya, a terrorist asked Shubham his name and shot him in the head, killing him on the spot.
