“My pregnant wife ran here after Jihadists from nearby villages set fire to our house” victims speak on camera

The cases of increasing violence in West Bengal are not stopping. People migrating due to violence are becoming victims of starvation. Muslims burnt the houses of Hindu neighbors to the ground in many areas. Hindus reached their relatives’ homes to save their lives, but now they are worried about two meals a day. Journalists are going to ground zero, and one after another, horrific news of the riots is coming out.

A video surfaced on social media in which the victim narrated his ordeal on camera and told how he escaped from the village after saving his pregnant wife. The victim said, My wife is pregnant, our Muslim neighbors set our house on fire, everything was burnt, and I have been wearing the same pair of clothes for 6-7 days. Muslims were burning the homes of Hindus while shouting slogans like Allahu Akbar and Kill Hindus.

The victim is very scared; he had to run away from there to save his life with his pregnant wife. This is not the only case. Several other families have been forced to take shelter in forests, railway stations, temples, and other safe places to escape the violence. Along with being homeless, everyone is also facing starvation. People have demanded that the local administration arrange for two meals a day.

All the affected families used to earn their livelihood by doing manual labor. Everyone’s houses and shops have also been burned, and they have become unemployed. Many videos related to the violence are going viral on social media, in which one after another horrific news of riots is coming out. Users are sharing many types of reactions expressing concern for the victims.

A user writes, It means brotherhood of a few days is shown to make Hindus a bait; seeing their condition, other Hindus will not get sense, especially liberals and seculars!

Another user writes, If there were no caste discrimination in India, then today there would not have been such results here and there, which is not right. Down with dirty politics.
