Wife poisons her husband in Bareilly as she wanted to marry her boyfriend

Nowadays, cases of a wife killing her husband in collusion with her lover are increasing. A shocking case has come to light from Bareilly, which has raised questions on the dignity of relationships. The woman conspired to kill her husband in collusion with her lover and made an unsuccessful attempt to make it look like a suicide.

Sources claim that the wife secretly added rat poison to her husband’s tea. After this, she strangled her husband to death. It is alleged that the wife, along with her lover, killed him as per a plan. At first, people thought that it was a case of suicide, but the postmortem report showed marks of strangulation, after which murder was confirmed.

The family members of the deceased told the police that Kehar Singh’s wife used to work in a medical college against his wishes. A boy named Pintu, who worked in the same medical college, often stayed with her in the kitchen and cooked food. The family members also said that Kehar Singh had opposed it when he came to know about the illicit relationship between the two. There had been arguments with his wife on this issue several times.

According to the police, the body of a person named Kehar Singh was found in Fatehganj on 13 April. The person was found hanging from a noose in his room, which was locked from the inside. Upon hearing the wife’s screams, neighbors rushed to the scene, broke open the door, and brought down the body. The police were then informed about the incident. The police sent the body for a postmortem, in which the cause of death was found to be strangulation.

After this, the brother of the deceased filed a complaint of murder naming his wife and her lover, Pintu. During police interrogation, the wife admitted to giving rat poison to the deceased in tea. Information about the dispute between the two for a long time has also come to light.
