Everyone’s first opinion is that both the creators have made a mistake; the kind of dark content they were showing in their show can never be for comedy. But according to the celebrities, their punishment should not have been this much, and they deserve a second chance.
According to sources, celebrities say that there are many more serious cases in the country that are never paid attention to. The way the back-to-back controversy has been raised against both of them, if other cases of the country are taken as seriously, then today such cases can be controlled in the country like rape, murder, Dowry, and suicide attempt cases.
Many celebrities claim that such stand-up comedy shows are not scripted, everyone makes mistakes, and in the flow sometimes a person speaks extra. Maybe this is what happened with Ranveer Allahbadia. That is why he also apologized for this, but ignoring it, an FIR was still registered. Also, Samay Raina is getting punished for Ranveer’s mistake; all the episodes have been deleted from his channel and an FIR has also been registered against him.
Further, Ranveer Allahbadia’s personality and his image are not like this at all; maybe that is why he is facing a huge loss due to this controversy. As soon as this controversy started, singer B Prak canceled the podcast shoot with him. But B. Prak says that it was a personal choice but still, he supported Ranveer and Samay for a second chance.
