Now Amit Shah’s direct entry in Ranveer Allahbadia controversy, cine workers demand a ban on India got Latent show

Recently, a controversy has arisen due to the objectionable comments made by YouTuber Ranveer Allahbadia in the YouTube show ‘India’s Got Latent’. After this episode, the ‘All India Cine Workers Association (AICWA) has written a letter to Union Home Minister Amit Shah and Information and Broadcasting Minister Ashwini Vaishnav demanding a ban on the show and legal action against its producers.

An objectionable comment by Ranveer Allahbadia has brought Samay Raina’s ‘India Got Latent’ show to the verge of being banned. After this viral episode clip, news of boycotting Ranveer also came to the fore. Netizens and many senior officials described the content of the India Got Latent show as full of vulgarity. The show has become a victim of criticism as much as it gained popularity when it started.

According to sources, AICWA, in its letter, has accused the show’s host, Samay Raina, and judges Ranveer Allahbadia, Apoorva Makhija, Jaspreet Singh, Ashish Chanchlani, etc. of using extremely abusive language against family and social values, which is unacceptable in any civilized society. They have demanded a complete ban on the show, calling it a means of earning cheap popularity and money.

The Maharashtra State Women’s Commission has directed the Mumbai Police Commissioner to register another FIR against Ranveer Allahabadia. As the controversy escalated, Ranveer Allahbadia released a video on social media and apologized for his remarks. He admitted that his remarks were inappropriate and promised not to make such a mistake in the future.

After this episode, the demand for strict rules against obscene and objectionable content in the cinema world has intensified. AICWA has appealed to the government to implement strict censorship laws for digital content so that such incidents can be prevented in the future.
