A shocking incident has come to light from Mumbai, where a woman killed her husband in her desire to live with her lover. The woman killed her husband by stabbing him with a sharp weapon in her own house. After this, she tried to dispose of the body with the help of her lover but was soon arrested by the cops.
According to sources, the accused Pooja Chauhan lived with her husband in Malavani, Mumbai. They also had two children, a 10-year-old daughter and an 8-year-old son. About 3 months ago, Pooja started an affair with Imran Mansuri, which her husband came to know about. Pooja, along with her lover, decided to kill her husband, in which they succeeded.
On Saturday night, they allegedly killed Rajesh in the presence of both the children and cleaned the blood stains. Pooja and Mansuri put Rajesh’s dead body on a two-wheeler and made him sit between them and wrap a shawl around his body. They made an excuse that Rajesh was unwell and he was being taken to the doctor.
After driving the body for half a kilometer, they panicked and decided not to drive further. They dumped the body and went to the Malvani police station to file a missing person report. The police started looking for the missing Rajesh and CCTV footage captured Puja riding a bike with her lover Rajesh in the middle.
The police arrested both of them and started an investigation in which Puja confessed to the crime. Within 3 hours, the police solved the case. Puja is in police custody and a murder case has been registered against her and she will be presented in court soon. According to sources, both the children are still in a state of shock.
