Are you not taking the wrong advantage of the rules? The lawyer appearing on behalf of the husband opposed this and said that this was harassment.

According to sources, the wife’s lawyer demanded maintenance and said that the husband should give her Rs 6,16,000 per month as alimony. The lawyer said that the woman had some other diseases along with knee pain. For this, physiotherapy expenses are Rs 4-5 lakh per month. Rs 60,000 are spent every month on food inside the house. In such a situation, she should be given a monthly maintenance amount of Rs 6,16,300 from her ex-husband.

After seeing the demand and documents put forward by the lawyer, the woman judge said, Who spends so much? The judge commented that he does not have any other responsibility. Does he not have children? The judge said that the woman’s demand was not right. The woman judge finally said that the judge also told the woman’s lawyer to bring a reasonable amount; otherwise, her petition would be rejected. This video is becoming increasingly viral on social media.

Many types of reactions came on the viral video. In which most of the users praised the woman judge. Users write, Salute to her thinking who thought about the male society; otherwise, nowadays it is very difficult to make women change their words.

Another user writes, Salute to Judge Sahiba, who is teaching a lesson to such women. In most cases, harassment takes place and money is extorted by showing the fear of the law!! Those who are really in trouble don’t even get justice!!
