In a shocking case that has come to light from Hyderabad. The boyfriend shot his girlfriend’s father after sending her abroad in an attempt to break their relationship. A case has been registered against the boy, the matter has created a sensation on social media.
According to sources, the accused’s girlfriend lived with her family in the Saroornagar area of the city. Police said that the accused Balwinder Singh was in a relationship with the woman for several years. Balwinder’s father warned him to stay away from his daughter when he learned of their relationship.
Despite repeated requests from the father, the two continued to meet and in response, he sent his daughter to the US. On coming to know about this, Balwinder Singh went to his girlfriend’s house and shot her father in the eye with an airgun, injuring his right eye.
The accused was arrested under Section 109 (Pursuit of Murder) and other relevant sections of the BNS and Arms Act after a complaint was filed against him. In the complaint, the father has alleged that Balwinder was harassing his daughter in the name of love and also used to quarrel with her.
The accused managed to escape on his two-wheeler after firing but was later arrested during the investigation. Police said the victim is undergoing treatment at the hospital and further investigation is on.
