According to other sources, this person named Morris Samuel Christian has been running a fake court in front of the Ahmedabad Civil Court for 5 years. Morris Samuel has been arrested and a case has been filed against him. Morris Samuel, a lawyer by profession, used to trap those people whose land dispute cases were pending in the civil court of the city. He used to charge fees from his clients to resolve the case. He used to call his clients to his office in Gandhinagar, this office was designed like a court.

In the fake court, Morris used to listen to the arguments related to the cases of the people and then pass orders as an officer of a tribunal. During this time, court employees and lawyers used to stand with him so that people would think that the proceedings were real. In this way, Morris has passed orders in his favor in about 11 cases.

Other reports claim that the Registrar of City Civil and Sessions Court, Hardik Desai exposed him. He got a case registered against the accused in Karanj police station. In 2019, accused Morris passed an order in favor of his client, which was related to government land under the District Collector. His client claimed to get his name registered in the government documents for the land in the Paldi area.

Morris passed the order in favor of the client by doing fake court proceedings. In this case, he ordered the collector to register the name of the client in the land documents and attached the order which was issued by him. Then the court registrar Hardik Desai came to know that Morris was neither the mediator nor the order issued by him was genuine. In such a situation, the registrar registered a case against the accused in Karanj police station.
