Momos, Pizza, Burger causing rectal cancer in youth population

Today’s unhealthy lifestyles are causing many serious diseases among the younger generation. Particularly, the rapidly increasing market of fast food like momos, pizza, and burgers, is resulting in serious health effects. Many cases of rectal cancer have come to light due to these unhealthy fast food.

Rectal cancer was once mostly seen in the elderly, but it is now quickly spreading to young individuals as well. Their poor lifestyle is the primary cause of this. Many other doctors believe that rectal cancer is increasing due to the unhealthy lifestyle of people and their eating habits.

Fast food is low in protein and nutrients and high in processed sugar, trans fat, and other unhealthy elements. These substances impair the digestive system, and prolonged ingestion of them damages the intestines.

Rectal cancer is a type of cancer that forms in the rectum, the last part of the large intestine. How to prevent it?

Stay away from fast food: Limit the consumption of fast food like pizza, burgers, and momos and whenever you do, give preference to homemade options.

Physical activity: Do 30 minutes of physical activity or exercise daily.

Regular checkup: If you are having problems like persistent stomach pain, constipation, or sudden weight loss, then consult a doctor immediately and keep getting checked from time to time.

The young generation is to pay attention to their diet and lifestyle. Enjoy fast food, but maintain a balance. Rectal cancer is a serious disease, which can be identified and prevented in time. Only the right information and healthy habits can save you from it.
