A shocking case has come to light from Delhi. The grandson beat his grandfather to death. The grandson committed this heinous crime in a dispute over money. After committing the crime, the accused grandson Pradeep is absconding. The police have registered a case of murder and formed three teams to catch the accused.
According to other sources, the old man was identified as Havildar Bhojraj, who fought against China in 1962 and against Pakistan in 1965. After taking retirement in 1985, he was living in Azadpur village. The age of the deceased was 93 years, the dispute was about the pension. When the grandson refused to give a pension to the grandson, the grandson beat up the grandfather injured him, and declared him dead in the hospital.
After the postmortem, the body of the old man was handed over to his family members. Bhojram lived with his son Jaiveer, grandson Pradeep, and his wife and three children. After retiring as a Havildar from the army, Bhojram acquired both his house rent and a pension. Traditionally, Bhojram would give his son Jaiveer half of their pension and rent, and Pradeep’s wife and kids would receive the remaining portion.
According to the allegations, the grandpa did not grant money because he had an extramarital affair. Pradeep used to argue over this every day with his grandfather. On Monday afternoon, Pradeep was a bit harsh with the granddad for not giving him his pension. The old people then collapsed.
Seeing the grandfather unconscious, the accused fled from the spot. Bhojram was immediately taken to the nearest hospital, where the doctors declared him dead. The police registered a case based on the statements of other family members and started searching for the accused. The police officer says that the accused will be caught soon. Investigating is ongoing.
