Who is Yeti Narasimhanand Saraswati?

Yeti Narasimhanand Saraswati is currently the Mahant of Dasna Shiv Shakti Dham temple. He considers former BJP MP Baikunth Lal Sharma as his guru, he is also said to be the national convener of the Indian Saint Council. Yeti Narasimhanand has studied in Russia and has also worked in many places including Moscow and London.

Apart from BJP, he has also joined the Samaj Seva Party and also runs the Hindu Swabhiman Sanstha. Claiming to train Hindu youth and children in self-defense, he formed ‘Dharam Sena’.

According to other sources, about two hundred years later, the goddess appeared in the dream of the then Mahant of the temple, Jagat Giri Maharaj, and said that the idol was in the pond. He excavated the pond got the idol removed and re-established the temple. Lakhouri bricks have been used in the construction of the temple.

He had said, there was a tap outside the temple but these people had entered the temple on the pretext of drinking water, they had come intending to steal and when caught, they were making an excuse of drinking water.

After this incident, Yeti Narasimhanand had written in big letters on the gate of Dasna Devi Shiv Dham temple that entry of Muslims is prohibited here, which was also much discussed. Yeti Narasimhanand Saraswati had also given a controversial statement regarding the post of Prime Minister.
