Indore: Muslim youths bring Nonveg to Garba Pandal, Bajrang Dal activists protest

During the holy festival of Navratri, a major controversy erupted in a Garba Pandal in Indore. It was claimed that two Muslim youths had brought non-veg to the Garba venue. This incident caused deep resentment among the Bajrang Dal workers and they protested fiercely.

According to other sources, the people present in the Garba festival got a hint of this and then they informed the Bajrang Dal workers. After this, the Bajrang Dal officials reached the spot with the Police. They handed over the Muslim youths along with the chicken to the police. During this, there was a lot of uproar.

This is a very disgusting act that is considered against religious beliefs. According to Bajrang Dal Indore Department Convenor Praveen Darekar, Bajrang Dal is keeping an eye on the Garba events taking place in the city. This is so that the non-Sanatani youths do not create disturbance in the Garba Pandals and Durga Pandals prepared for the worship of the Mother Goddess.

Bajrang Dal workers reached the three main Garba pandals of Indore, Hotel Water Lily, TGN Garba Group, and a media group. When Garba was found to be being performed on film songs in Hotel Water Lily, the organizers were explained and made aware to organize Garba on religious songs towards the worship of the Durga Maa.

In another similar news, a Garba program in Indore was canceled after the local Bajrang Dal unit visited the event, allegedly due to the faith of the supervisor. The event has been taking place in Bhavarkua, Indore for the last 35 years, including the establishment of Shikhar Garba Mandal and the organization of Garba Raas. This year, the Bajrang Dal lawyer accused its Muslim producer Pizza Khan of promoting “love jihad”.

The organization alleged that exploitation between Hindu women and Muslim men is being promoted in this program and a complaint has also been lodged with the police in this regard.
