Abhishek Bachchan is an Indian actor and film producer, widely recognized as the son of Bollywood legends Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan. Born on February 5, 1976, Abhishek made his acting debut in 2000 with the film Refugee.
Although his early films didn’t achieve significant box-office success, he gained recognition for his performance in Yuva (2004), directed by Mani Ratnam, which earned him a Filmfare Award for Best Supporting Actor.
Abhishek’s career breakthrough came with the hit films Dhoom (2004), Bunty Aur Babli (2005), and Guru (2007). He showcased his versatility across genres, playing both dramatic and comedic roles. His performance in Guru, where he played a driven businessman, remains one of his most acclaimed.
