During CBI interrogation in Kolkata rape and murder case, accused Sanjay Roy has made a shocking revelation. According to him, when he entered the seminar hall, the victim had already been raped and murdered. This statement by Sanjay Roy has given a new twist to the case. An accused named Sanjay Roy was arrested in the brutal rape and murder case of a 31-year-old Kolkata doctor. Sanjay Roy’s connection was found in this case, CBI recorded the statement of accused Sanjay Roy in which he made a new revelation. According to other sources, accused Sanjay said that when he entered the seminar hall, the victim had already been raped and murdered.
The CBI has received approval to conduct a polygraph test on Sanjay Roy, who is accused in this case. Sources say Roy was in Sonagachi, Kolkata’s red light area, on August 8. He was reportedly intoxicated, teased a woman on the street, and asked another woman for nude photos. Later, Roy went to RGKar Hospital around 3:30 AM.
In an inebriated state, Roy broke the door of the operation theatre and entered inside. He reached the emergency wing directly at around 4 in the morning and went to the seminar hall on the third floor. Sanjay Roy had also watched porn videos in an intoxicated condition that night and he used to do this often. The CBI team has now started investigating the veracity of this statement and other witnesses present at the scene are also being questioned.
