The story of “Kalki 2898 AD” is set in a dystopian future and revolves around themes of good versus evil, drawing inspiration from Indian mythology, particularly the concept of Kalki, the prophesied tenth avatar of Vishnu who is expected to appear in the future to end the age of darkness and corruption.

“Fun stuff does, indeed, happen on X … We’re so proud of @nagashwin7 and his tribe of filmmakers who aren’t afraid to think big…and I mean REALLY big.. Our team in Mahindra Research Valley in Chennai helped the Kalki team realise its vision for a futuristic vehicle by simulating the powertrain configuration, architecture and performance. Meanwhile, Nag Ashwin responded to Anand Mahindra’s post. “Thank you sir… for helping us dream the impossible…and for giving our #bujji it’s wings (tyres..) 🙏🙏.”
