Nayanthara is one of the most-successful actresses in Kollywood industry. She is famously referred to as “Lady Superstar” of Tamil cinema. She began her career as a TV host and debuted on the small screen with the show Chamayam.

She then kick-started work on her first film, Manassinakkare, directed by Sathyan Anthikad, in 2003. Her hit movies include Viswasam, Naanum Rowdy Thaan, Darbar, Bigil, Raja Rani, Chandramukhi, Imaikkaa Nodigal.

Meanwhile, the popular actress has revealed the name of the actor who never rehearses and it is none other than Junior NTR. “I said I had to get ready for the shot. He (Jr. NTR) then jokingly said ‘no one’s going to look at you. Everyone’s going to look at me.”

Nayanthara who has worked with RRR star Jr. NTR in Adhurs, in an interview with Suma as promotions for Connect, giggled and said that NTR is a brat but a great dancer.

“I am so amazed by the way he dances and transforms himself on screen. I’ve never seen him rehearse. He’s the only hero who never rehearses. I don’t know about him now. But, when we were shooting, he just came to the sets, looked at the steps, and performed it with ease. Even when I ask for a rehearsal, he says that he’s ready,” she echoed.

Jr NTR is widely recognized for his exceptional dancing skills. His energetic and flawless dance moves have earned him a huge fan following. The song “Naatu Naatu” from the film “RRR,” featuring Jr NTR and Ram Charan, won the Oscar for Best Original Song at the 95th Academy Awards in 2023.

Naatu Naatu’s choreography and the dynamic performances by both actors were highly acclaimed, contributing significantly to its global recognition and success. Meanwhile, Jr NTR will be next in “Devara”, an upcoming film directed by Koratala Siva.

For the record, Devara: Part 1 is slated for a theatrical release on 27 September 2024 in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada languages.
