A new revelation has come to light in the corruption case of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. During the investigation, Arvind Kejriwal mentioned the names of Atishi and Saurabh Bhardwaj. After the ED’s remand in the Delhi liquor scam case ends, CM Arvind Kejriwal has been sent to judicial custody till April 15. Meanwhile, a big disclosure has been made by ED. The petition of Delhi Chief Minister and AAP convenor Arvind Kejriwal will be heard in the Supreme Court on April 15. Kejriwal has challenged the April 9 decision of the High Court on ED’s arrest and remand in the liquor policy case. Kejriwal has said in his petition that my arrest after the announcement of the Lok Sabha elections was motivated by external considerations. ED has misused its powers by arresting me. The basis of arrest is such documents that cannot be trusted.
Delhi CM said- If I am not released immediately to participate in the Lok Sabha elections, then arresting opposition leaders on false charges before the elections will become an example for the ruling parties. Kejriwal had filed a petition in the Delhi High Court regarding his arrest and subsequent sending to the custody of the investigating agency. The High Court rejected his petition on 9 April.
