According to the news, the accused had sexually assaulted the girl earlier also, and on the day the incident was recorded on camera, he lured the girl by offering her something and called her to his room where carried out the incident with her. When the accused son watched this video he was shocked and recognized that the minor girl is their neighbour. Immediately after watching the video, he sent it to the victim’s father.
The victim’s father saw the video in which the heinous incident was being committed with his daughter, immediately after watching the video he informed the police about it and a case was registered under various sections including POCSO. The minor girl never revealed anything about this incident to her family members.
According to the report of the Indian Express, a police officer stated that the son of the accused is also being interrogated, in which he revealed that he had suspicions about his father practising black magic, so he secretly operated the camera in his room.
