No one is born hating another person because of the colour of his skin or his background or his religion. People learn to hate and if they can learn to hate, they can also be taught to love, for love comes more naturally to the human heart than its opposite. “Our true nationality is mankind”
The racist attitude to judging people on their caste, creed and colour is still witnessed these days. It is indeed shameful to see racist incidents or people hurling sexist remarks at others. These things still exist in today’s society.
Why do we fail to understand or remember that there is a lot more beyond skin colour? The only thing that matters is talent, skill, positive thinking, and the attitude of the person.
Being a celebrity is not easy because they are certain to face criticism and hateful remarks across quarters. Usually, some social media users are the ones who initiate it by passing unwanted or unpleasant remarks on the actors.
This time around, an infamous Indian actress and TV host Bhairavi Goswami posted a shocking remark about Kriti Sanon on social media. She wrote, “she (Kriti) is behaving like a deranged woman. How did she become an actress? No headlight, no bumper. Even college students look better.”
The drama unfolded when Kriti Sanon’s movie Raabta didn’t perform well at the Box office. It started when the actress took to Twitter and tweeted a video of her dancing on Hawa Hawa song from Mubarakan. Kamaal R Khan had shared this video and penned, “Ye Dekho Kiriti Bechari, Raabta Ke flop Hone Ke Baad, mentally disturb Ho Gayee hai!”.
During an event, Kriti Sanon was also asked about Bhairavi Goswami’s comment. Kriti responded, “Who is Bhairavi Goswami?” The media responded that Bhairavi is the actress who acted in Hate Story.
To which, Kriti said, “I think, I’m just happy for her. She got a lot of publicity. Now you guys know her name also, so yeah.”
