Former Indian skipper Virat Kohli is quite an interesting character both on and off the cricket field. We have seen two faces of him in general. On the field, he brings his aggressive attitude which often helps to get the best out of him in pressure situations.
On the other hand, he is totally a different person altogether off the field. He is cool, and calm and loves to interact with his fans and followers on social media platforms. Besides that, he also never hesitates to sign autographs for his fans.
He is no longer the captain of the Indian cricket team across formats. Rohit Sharma is the one who is leading the team from the front in Tests, ODIs and T20Is. Kohli slammed 75 centuries in international cricket, more than any other player in the current era.
Only Sachin Tendulkar has scored more international centuries (100). Coming to the point, Kohli is not the one who invests time to respond to irrelevant comments on social media because he doesn’t really care much, but when he does respond, it turns out to be a priceless reply!
Last year, former Indian captain Virat Kohli completed a unique milestone of achieving 200 million followers on the micro-blogging Instagram platform. Recently, Virat Kohli completed yet another milestone as he reached 250 million followers on the micro-blogging Instagram platform.
Notably, Kohli is now the third most followed sports athlete on Instagram, only behind football icons Cristiano Ronaldo, who leads the way with 585 million followers and Lionel Messi, who has 464 million followers.
Virat Kohli’s brother responds to a fan who tried to troll him
Meanwhile, one of the fans took to Instagram and trolled Virat Kohli’s brother Vikas Kohli. The user trolled Vikas Kohli for having fewer followers and added that his brother Kohli has a huge fan following on Instagram.
The fan also pointed out that Vikas Kohli hasn’t even reached 1 million followers on Instagram. Vikas Kohli has over 1.4 lakh followers on Instagram.
The fan wrote, “Brother (Virat Kohli) subscribers have reached 200 million and you haven’t reached 1 Million.” In reply, Vikas Kohli wrote, “Kid please do something productive don’t lecture here.”
