Renowned senior journalist, anchor, and editor Ashok Srivastava was honored in London. He was conferred with the prestigious India Pride Swadeshi Award at a program held in the Upper House of the British Parliament, the House of Lords. Raj Lumba, a Member of Parliament from Britain, presented him with a commemorative plaque during a program organized in the House of Lords.
This honor was bestowed upon Ashok Srivastava for his significant contributions to the field of media. Notably, Ashok Srivastava has been involved in journalism for nearly three decades and currently serves as the Senior Editor at DD News. His daily show, ‘Do Took,’ is the most popular program on DD News.
The main guest of honor at the award ceremony organized by the Confluence Institution in London was India’s Minister of State for External Affairs, Ms. Meenakshi Lekhi. Former Member of Parliament and Princess of Pratapgarh, Ratan Singh, and former Joint Director of the Election Commission, Mohammed Amin, were also honored with the India Pride Swadeshi Award during the program.
