R Madhavan is an Indian actor, writer, and film producer who has worked predominantly in Tamil and Hindi cinema. Madhavan began his acting career with television serials, and later made his film debut in the Tamil film “Is Raat Ki Subah Nahin” in 1996.

Vedaant Madhavan is the son of Indian actor R Madhavan and his wife, Sarita Birje. He was born on August 21, 2005, in Mumbai, India.
Vedaant is a talented swimmer and has represented Maharashtra at various swimming competitions. In 2018, he won a bronze medal in the 4x100m freestyle relay at the Maharashtra State Junior Aquatic Championship.
In 2019, Vedaant received a special invitation to train at the Dubai Aquatic and Fitness Academy, where he trained under the guidance of Olympic swimmer Sajan Prakash. He has also trained with the Indian Olympic swim team and has participated in various national and international competitions.
Apart from his interest in swimming, Vedaant is also a keen football player and has played for his school team. He is a bright student and has consistently performed well in academics.
