This is mainly due to the fact that some Tesla users utilise the Tesla app in a bid to gain access to their cars. So when a Tesla user took to his Twitter handle to share his problem, he got a reply from the world’s richest man in just three minutes.
A man from South Korea wrote: “I’m experiencing 500 server error to connect my @tesla Model 3 on my iOS app in Seoul, S.Korea. Seems like this is a worldwide issue. @elonmusk”
In reply, Elon Musk replied with an answer: “Checking…” and then fixed the error before sharing an update.
“Should be coming back online now. Looks like we may have accidentally increased the verbosity of network traffic. Apologies, we will take measures to ensure this doesn’t happen again,” Elon Musk wrote.
The customer couldn’t have asked for better service than this. He thanked Elon Musk for sorting out the issue as soon as possible.
