Elon Musk runs some of the biggest businesses in the globe. Despite all hectic schedules, he ensures to take out time for other important things as well. He takes time off his hectic schedule to do morning rituals, travel, exercise, and more importantly, spend time with his kids.
India’s richest man wakes up every day around 7 am. In fact, he likes to sleep for 6-6.5 hours every night. He is of the opinion that if he oversleeps it affects his performance at work. After he wakes up, he takes a shower and has coffee. Musk usually doesn’t have breakfast but when he does, he likes eating an omelette.
During a Reddit AMA, he added that taking a shower is the most important part of his day as it keeps him in a good headspace and ready for the day. He works regularly for 80-100 hours a week with an emphasis on design and engineering work.
