In what seemed straight out of an unexpected twist of an Indian movie, a bride from Madhya Pradesh ran away with the priest who performed her wedding ceremony (to another man).
Well, the bride happened to see the priest during her wedding and maybe she fell in love with him as they say ‘love at first sight’.
Just two weeks later, the bride did the unexpected and put everyone in shock as she eloped with the same priest. Yes, true!
As per the reports, the plot twist happened Tori Bagrod, Sironj city of Madhya Pradesh.
It should be noted that Vinod Maharaj was a regular priest at a temple at Asath village. On May 7, when the woman was to tie the knot, the priest was asked to perform the wedding rituals.
Just 3 days after the wedding, the woman came back to her parent’s house and on May 23, another wedding in the same locality was scheduled for which Maharaj and again, was asked to perform the wedding rituals.
Much to everyone’s shock, villagers in the area found out the next day that he had eloped with the girl. Reports also disclosed that the woman played smartly as she ran away with jewellery estimated at Rs 1.5 lakh and Rs 30,000 cash.
Husband helps his wife marry her boyfriend in his own house
In bizarre news, a man helped his wife tie the nuptial knot with her boyfriend in Kanpur. Yes, you read that right! Sujit who is a native of Sanigwan, married Santi of Shyam Nagar area of the same city. The wedding ceremony was performed as per the rituals.
However, after living for just two weeks, Shanti over some excuse left Sujit’s home for her parents’ place. “It was when Shanti did not return for quite long, Sujit approached her and asked her about the cause of not returning home. Initially, she skipped Sujit’s queries, but finally one day she broke down and confided with him that she was in love with a Lucknow guy and was married to Sujit against her will,” said sources further.
When Sujit came to learn more about this, he was literally upset over this issue. But later, he had promised Shanti to get her married to her long-term boyfriend Ravi. Sujit had all plans in place as he went on to convince Shanti’s parents too.
“Thereafter, he met Ravi, who too confessed that he and Shanti were in a relationship. Seeing the turn of events, Sujit planned their marriage and then apprised the local police about the plan,” said sources further.
On Wednesday, the concerned people gathered in front of Lord Hanuman temple in Sanigwan area of Chakeri for the wedding that saw a record number of guests. “Initially, negative thoughts were coming to my mind and I even thought of eliminating both, but had I done this, the lives of three people, besides their families, would have got badly affected. So after discussing with elderly members of the family and locality, I came with a conclusion so that all of us can live happily,” said Sujit further.
Residents of Sanigwan stressed the fact that one should pick a lesson from Sujit who has done something beyond imagination. “It was a sweet and lovely gesture from Sujit’s side, one will never forget him for long,” said the policemen at Sanigwan police out-post.
Unique love story: Gangster and Female Cop who met on Court dates get married
We might have heard or read many love stories and the one which you are going to read is a totally unique story. Would you believe that a gangster and a female cop fall in love at first sight? Well, anything for love is possible.
Both these lovers stumbled upon at the lockup standing on either side of it.
A gangster identified as Rahul Thasrana married cop Payal quite recently. The 30-year-old Thasrana was arrested after getting convicted of murdering trader Manmohan Goyal on May 9, 2014.
Thasrana was also accused of many loot and murder cases, as per a news report in the Times of India. Thasrana is known to be a dreaded criminal and was also a part of Anil Dujana gang. He started to commit crimes in 2008
Both Payal and Thasrana came across each other in Surajpur district of Chhattisgarh where she was stationed.
As per the sources as quoted by the Times of India, Payal was in touch with Thasrana even after he remained to stay in and out of jail.
Images of them performing wedding rituals started doing the rounds on social media and caught everyone’s attention.
The images were apparently shared by groom Thasrana with his friends in Dankaur town in UP.
What is even more confusing is the fact that police officials at Gautam Budh Nagar police station, where she was stationed are totally clueless about her location and her place of posting.
SP (rural) Ranvijay Singh repeated that they are cross-checking where the woman is posted and that stringent action will be taken against her.
