Arnab in his popular show Poochta Hae Bharat addresses for the first time in Bengali how the members of Bengal Trinamool Congress are deserting the party: from Suvendu Adhikari to Devanshu Chaudhari, Abhijeet Acharjee to Mukool Ray, nine TMC leaders in two days had resigned from Trinamool Congress and were seen at the Amit Shah Rally. Arjun Singh, ex-TMC leader has confirmed that 60-65 more members will join the Bhartiya Janata Party before the state elections in Bengal.
Amidst the open war between Trinamool Congress and Bhartiya Janata Party, Amit Shah was seen with MLAs from TMC who accompanied him in his two day visit to Midnapore and Shanti Niketan. In his rally, Home Minister Amit Shah mocks CM Mamata Banerjee for alleging that BJP is trying to break her party. He also addressed the constant attacks and death threats his party members have to face because Bengal has been terrorized by TMC goons and says BJP will not be intimidated by their gimmicks.
