After former MP Atiq Ahmad, MLA Mukhtar Ansari, now Abu Salem, the right hand of Underworld Don Dawood Ibrahim, has come directly on the target of the Yogi Government.
Abu Salem, the mastermind of the 1993 Mumbai serial blasts, is currently serving a life imprisonment in Mumbai Central Jail. The UP administration is making a list of illegal properties of Abu Jaish, brother of Abu Salem. For the time being, the UP police have refused to provide more information on this matter.
The way the Yogi government has demolished illegal properties belonging to the associates of mafia Mukhtar and Atiq Ansari, now Abu Salem’s illegal property will also be demolished.

Only after this, the police were asked to collect details of their assets.
The Lucknow Development Authority and the Lucknow Police have started investigating the documents of their property, legal legitimacy, etc. of those close to Don Abu Salem.
His brother Abu Jaish helped in making fake passports of Abu Salem. Many lands in Lucknow are registered in the name of brothers and close relatives of Abu Salem. Police officials say further action will be taken after checking the property.
Since the advent of the Yogi Government, criminals are running from pillar to post to save their lives. Several criminals have been killed in encounters by the UP Police.
The Yogi Government in its relentless pursuit to make UP a crime free state has also passed UPCOCA bill which is designed to take down the mafia and other criminal activities within the state. From a minimum sentence of three years, UPCOCA will endorse even capital punishments.
