A big statue of Lord Rama has been installed on the occasion of Diwali at the Pacific Mall of Ghaziabad, adjacent to New Delhi. There is a lot of enthusiasm among people who visit the mall to see this beautiful statue.
Earlier, a 32-foot-tall replica of the Ram temple in Ayodhya has been installed at the Pacific Mall in Delhi’s Tagore Garden on the occasion of Navratri and Dussehra. Ahead of Diwali, the statue of Lord Rama with a height of 8 feet has been made, says the management of the Pacific Mall.
Manager of the mall, Lalit Rathod, told ANI, “We wanted to bring positivity to make people feel good this festive season We try to decorate the mall in an elaborate manner every year. After discussions with the management and vendors, we decided to do something unique and different this year to spread festivities and cheer up our customers.”
Many visitors also expressed joy and elation at the sight of the statue and many said that seeing the idol of Ram was like a dream. Mall administration says that Coronavirus has affected everyone’s life drastically and in such a situation, we tried to bring positivity in society by installing a statue of Lord Rama.
