Bollywood director Anurag Kashyap’s problems don’t seem to end anytime soon. Anurag Kashyap landed himself in troubled waters after he was allegedly accused of harassing actress Payal Ghosh.
In a recent interview with ABN Telugu, Payal Ghosh recalled the incident claiming that Bollywood director told her that ‘she should not think of denying a big star like him’, as it would allegedly ‘benefit her in the future’.
Payal also made shocking claims adding how he threatened her to remain silent the incident, reminding her of ‘acid attacks’ on women. “When I felt uncomfortable, he told me you do not have to feel shy because my girls do it all the time.
They are just a call away, they have a good time with me. He proudly took the names of the women he has been with and spoke about his relationships with me even though he barely knew me. That revealed how much he disrespected women,” she revealed.
Recently, Union Minister Smriti Irani reacted to the accusations against Anurag Kashyap. Though the Ministry of Women & Child Development didn’t comment on this matter, she mentioned how NCW will proceed with this case.
She said: “I am in a Constitutional position that oversees the National Commission for Women. NCW has made a public statement, hence it will be inappropriate for me to digress and get into their constitutional area about how they want to go ahead with a particular case.
