TikTok star Siya Kakkar is no more with us. Her sudden demise has sent the shock-wave across the country. The cause of the suicide is yet to be ascertained.
The 16-year-old actress was one of the most popular Indian TikTok stars with over 1 million followers on TikTok. She also had more than 1 lakh followers on Instagram. We are bound to have some questions in our mind. The first question that comes to mind is why she committed suicide? What was that forced her to take this drastic step?
The country is already going through the shock-wave after Sushant Singh Rajput and Crime Patrol actress Preksha Mehta’s death. The death of a 16-year-old TikTok artist has now left everyone in shock.
The news of her death was confirmed by her manager Arjun Sarin, who managed all her work and endorsements. Siya Kakkar’s death has raised many questions and police are investigating the case.
However, it is speculated that it was not a suicide but a murder. Many don’t believe that she committed suicide, rather there seems to be a conspiracy behind her death. Her friends, relatives, colleagues are being interrogated by police. Siya’s mobile phone has been seized by police. Her family has demanded an investigation in the case.
As per reports published in Dainik Jagran and Amar Ujala, the police came to know that Siya was being constantly threatened for her music videos on TikTok. Who was threatening Siya and why was she being threatened still need to be ascertained.
Her manager Arjun Sarin is being interrogated by the police in connection with Kakkar’s death. During the interrogation, Arjun denied knowing anything that was troubling Siya professionally. He said that there was nothing that Siya was bothered about and she had appeared totally normal even during the last call they had.
“This must be due to something personal…work wise she was doing well. I had a word with her last night for a new project and she sounded normal. Me and my company Fame Experts manage lots of artists and Siya was a bright talent. I am heading to her home in Preet Vihar,” said Arjun.
Several social media users believe that kids who struggle with the stress of studies and live in a competitive world should also be educated about mental health.
