At a time when the nation is faced with a terrible health crisis, citizens across India are doing their bit to extend a helping hand to those in need. The worst affected by the nationwide lockdown are homeless people and daily wage workers, who migrate to big cities from their home towns in search of jobs, are now fighting against hunger.
Meanwhile, four friends, who work in SIDCUL company in Indore, have become social activists ever since the coronavirus lockdown was announced in March.
While most people are bored with nothing to do at home, Yogesh Lamba is so busy helping stranded and poor people amid shutdown due to the COVID-19 outbreak.
Yogesh is a resident of Rudrapur, Indore who says that he works in SIDCUL company. He along with his friends Lokesh, Rajkumar, Prabhdeep distributes biscuits with tea to Corona warriors at night. While they donate blood to patients in the daytime. It gives them immense pleasure, they say.
It makes us feel proud when we see selfless people, who, without even caring for their own life, sprung into action to give a helping hand to the sufferers.
A photo went viral on social media in which Yogesh can be seen serving food to kids, daily wagers and homeless people. The picture has garnered thousands of likes. The photo, which is doing the rounds on social media, shows how these selfless people are putting their lives at risk and helping needy people in the time of crisis.
Thanks to real heroes who stepped in at the right place and at the right time on the ground and helped to bring some good optimism to an otherwise serious situation. So far, four friends have distributed free food to hundreds of corona warriors
No one would have ever had a thought in mind how Yogesh would help the nation in the time of crisis even after being busy in his life. He deserves all appreciation. The country is proud of him for his significant contribution. Hats off to him!
