After facing people’s ire over the issue of running 1,000 buses being provided by general secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra to ferry migrants back, the Congress party has now resorted to openly indulging in bigotry and Hindu hatred.
Where were the so-called buses when thousands of students from Uttar Pradesh were stranded in Kota of Rajasthan?.
It was Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath who arranged buses to bring students back home from Kota where they were stranded due to the lockdown. The Congress party was left red-faced after the Uttar Pradesh government exposed the fake claims of Priyanka Gandhi.
Perhaps unable to cope with the massive political embarrassment, Haryana Congress leader Pankaj Punia took to Twitter to vent out his anger against UP CM Yogi Adityanath and his government.
Taking to Twitter, the Haryana Congress leader wrote,”Congress just wanted to help migrant workers reach home, and was willing to spend money for it, but the ‘Bisht’ government started politicising the matter. Only Sanghis wearing Bhagwa (saffron) can do such neech (lowly, disgraceful) activities.
Punia’s hatred of Hindus was evident in the nest line of his tweet. He further wrote, “These people, (BJP and its supporters) are the ones who exhume corpses and rape them. They get naked in front of their daughters and masturbate while chanting Jai Shri Ram slogans.”
His anti-Hindu and hateful tweet invited several people to criticize him. Following his tweet, people lashed out at him for defaming the Hindu community. Thousands of social media users condemned Congress leader for using such filthy language and pointed out the plunging standards of Congress’ politics.
However, Punia has later been arrested by police in Karnal for allegedly hurting religious feelings. He was accused of using filthy language against Hindus through a social media post.
An FIR was registered against Punia at the Hazratganj Police Station in Lucknow for his disgraceful comment against the Hindu community. Punia has been booked under IPC sections related to promoting enmity between different groups (153 A), outraging religious feelings (295 A), public mischief (505-2), and Section 67 of the Information Technology (Amendment) Act 2008.
