Meet the talented trio- Ravi Prakash, Sunil Kumar Kushwaha and Rajnish Verma. They all did India proud on the global stage. Yes, they scripted history by winning something that no Indian has been able to accomplish it so far.
The trio came out on top by claiming the first prize at the International Snow Sculpting Competition In Japan’s Nayoro. With a plethora of experience to their credit, the Indians carved an Avatar of Lord Vishnu
The artists who participated in the championship under ‘Abhyuday Team India’ made the 4-metre high sculpture, defying the cold at -25 degrees shivering temperatures.
According to the Facebook post by the team, they were the first Indians to participate in the international competition which has been happening for 2 decades.
India came through flying colours to bag the first prize while Team Russia came second and Team Thailand came third in a contest which had participants from 10 different countries.
