Dogs are faithful animals. They love us more than they love themselves and they are closely connected to human beings. We have seen dogs responding to people’s questions by means of a ‘sign’.
A video surfaced online shows a dog being held by a woman in her arms who asks intelligent questions to her pet animal as to who should be voted to power in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections 2019. As the general elections are less than a week away, the woman asked her pet dog if Modi will seek a second term and interestingly, the dog responded to question by giving a ‘yes sign’.
But when asked if Rahul Gandhi or Congress will come to power, the dog remained stationary and was least bothered to show any sign. But again when the dog was asked if Modi will come to power, it raised his hand, to indicate that Modi should be voted to power.
PM Narendra Modi is looking forward to seeking a second term. He has been tagging celebrities, cricket players and other famous personalities to inspire citizens of India for a high voter turnout.
In the last three to four years, the vision of India has been changed and the world’s perception towards India is also changing. It’s because of the fact that India is attaining a meteoric rise and its progress is well documented.
Just a day ago, UAE honoured PM Narendra Modi with the Order of Zayed, which is the country’s highest civilian honour. As per the reports, the honour has been conferred upon for building the ties between the UAE and India. Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin, Chinese President Xi Jinping has been decorated with the honour.
Even the global countries and leaders have praised PM Modi for his hard work, grit and determination towards leading the country. Since taking charge at the office in 2015, Mr. Modi has been trying to change the complexion and atmosphere around India. He wants India to be seen as the next China in economic opportunities as well as the mainstay of democracy.
On the contrary, Congress Chief Rahul Gandhi has been giving absolutely everything to ensure he is voted to power this time around. To woo the youths of the nation, he has announced a minimum income guarantee scheme ‘Nyay’ which will help 20% of the poorest families if voted to power.
The scheme aims to provide ₹72,000 annually to 20% of the poorest families across the nation, which is likely to benefit at least 5 crore families. Addressing the reporters at a press conference in Delhi, Congress chief Rahul Gandhi said the party has been working really hard on the life-changing Nyay scheme for the last 4-5 months and also held meetings with many economists.
In addition, Rahul has promised to conduct a surgical strike on poverty and stressed on the fact that his party had been working hard to eradicate it for the last six months.
Congress chief Rahul Gandhi also said that his party’s election promise of a ‘minimum income guarantee scheme’ for the economically backward sections of the society is mainly aimed at fixing the “damage” caused by the Modi government to India’s economy through initiatives such as demonetisation and the Goods and Services Tax (GST).
The polls will be carried out across India till May 19 and counting of the votes is scheduled to take place on May 23 and results will likely to be declared on the same day itself.
