BJP MLA Surendra Narayan Singh slammed BSP supremo Mayawati when he said she does facial daily and colours her hair to look young even at the age of 63.
“She takes facial every day. The person who herself takes facial daily is telling our leader that he is ‘shaukeen’. Wearing clothes is not being ‘shaukeen’. Colouring hair at the age of 60 to look young is ishaukeen’. Her hair has turned grey but she colours it black,” said Surendra Narayan Singh who represents the Rohaniya constituency of Uttar Pradesh.

Surendra Narayan Singh was reacting to Mayawati’s tweet on the micro-blogging this Tuesday morning, wherein she targeted PM Narendra Modi.
Well, without tagging the Prime Minister, Mayawati tweeted: “The person who lives life in a royal manner, against the principle of simple living and high thinking, advertised himself as a ‘chaiwallah’ in the last Lok Sabha elections for the sake of the vote. Now he is declaring himself as chowkidar with pomp and show for votes in the elections. The country is really changing?” Mayawati tweeted earlier in the day.

Speaking to ANI, Surendra Narayan Singh said: “Mayawati ji khud roz facial karwati hain, vo kya humare neta ko kya shaukeen kahengi. Vastra pehenna koi shaukeen baat nahi hoti. Shaukeeni ki baat to yeh hoti hai ki baal paka hua hai aur rangeen karwake ke aaj bhi apne aap ko Mayawati ji jawan saabit karti hain. 60 varsh umar ho gayi lekin sab baal kaale hain.”
(Translation: “Mayawati herself gets her facial done every day, how can she ask anyone about their tastes and style of living. Wearing clothes is not a luxury. Luxury is when you get your hair coloured to come across as young while you are in fact 60-year-old”)
