Every employee is given the task at the office for which they need to complete the targets on time. But at times, it may not be your day! If you are one of those workers who is unable to do it on time, just breathe a sigh of relief that you are not part of a Chinese company, which is hitting headlines for all the infamous reasons.
What happened?
Chinese company employees were recently forced to crawl on a road as severe punishment for failing to meet their year-end targets. This is insane! As you can see in the video below, the staff can be seen crawling on a busy road with difficulties and a man is also seen walking ahead of them holding a flag. Even the pedestrians are shocked after seeing this.

Luckily, the punishment stopped when the police interrupted the scene. On the contrary, the video now is rife on social media. As per the reports, the company was temporarily shut down after the incident.
After the video was uploaded, the incident sparked fallout over the heartless behaviour. While someone commented saying, “I hope these companies which trample on their workers’ dignity would be closed down.”
Some people also questioned the employees for accepting such kind of behaviour. People said, “How could they give up their dignity for money?”
Well, this isn’t the first time that employees in a Chinese firm ran through humiliating punishments. It should be noted that in last year, footage of workers getting slapped for performing not up to the mark went viral on social media.
