Cancer-stricken Irrfan Khan gave us heart-break after he announced that he is suffering from Neuroendocrine tumour, an unusual type of cancer in March. The actor had uploaded several posts about his constant battle with cancer on social media. Recently, there were widespread speculations about his return to India during Diwali, but nothing was confirmed.
In the middle of busy treatment in London, several Bollywood celebrities visited the actor enquired about his health. It seems that the actor visited India silently. If the sources doing the rounds are to be believed, nobody really knew of his visit as he came for just 2 days.
As per the reports in spotboyE.com, the actor had a very personal reason for his visit. He visited Trimbakeshwar Shiva Temple in Nashik where he performed Puja and havan with Pundits.
“The exact details around the date on which this happened is unknown yet, but it was a just a 2-day visit following which he quickly went back to London, for further treatment”, according to the sources of the same website.
Previously, there were reports that the Hindi medium actor Irrfan Khan will start shooting for Hindi Medium 2 in December. However, his spokesperson later disagreed with all the reports but shared an update of his visit to India for Diwali and spend some quality time with his Nashik farmhouse.
