Whatsapp has been a sensational hit ever since it’s inception. It has reached out to all snippets of the world with over 1 billion active people using the messenger every month. Whatsapp hits more than 200 million active users in India quite recently and it is obvious that the numbers will go skyrocketing in the days to come.
One can share useful information with others in the group or in the personal chat box. With so many interesting things to share on the platform, WhatsApp serves as a user-friendly application. You can send pictures, attach documents, do video calling (one-to-one), forward videos, contacts and so on. Everybody is well aware of this.
A new feature has been released by Whatsapp which might take the messenger to a whole new level. It’s a “group video calling feature”, which is one of the most awaited options for all the devices on Android as well as iOS. In order to use this feature, a person needs to make a direct one-to-one video call before adding more members using ‘add participant’ option, Whatsapp said in a blog.
Whatsapp felt that this is the right time to announce this interesting feature as users are increasing day by day. It also made it clear that no more than four people can join in a single group video calling. So guys make sure that 4 people are together for a video call.
