The life in India-Pakistan borders is unimaginable. Every snippet of the place is witnessed as hell. There were blood stains on the floor, people were dying, houses were burning not just today but they are being targetted daily by the Pakistani rangers from across the border.
Pakistani rangers once again showed their true colours as they brutally attacked innocent civilians with heavy mortar shells in all three border districts namely Jammu, Samba and Kathua. As a result, five civilians were killed including a woman and an eight-year-old child and 30 others were injured at the spot.
Even the Border Security Force jawans, 7 of them who were guarding the people against the enemy were injured. The life of India-Pakistan borders is hard to digest as farming, schooling, cattle rearing and everything else have come to a halt due to open firing by the Pakistani rangers.
Over 76,000 villagers flee from their houses in a bid to save themselves from dangers looming around the border areas of 5 sectors – Arnia, RS Pura, Ramgarh, Samba and Hiranagar, which were constantly shelled by the enemy.
“Arnia town is empty as most of its population has migrated. They have shifted either to their relatives or to shelter camps set up by the government”, Additional District Magistrate (ADM) Jammu, Arun Manhas, told PTI.
It is learnt that over 200 educational institutes have been closed for the next three days along the International Border in Jammu, Samba, and Kathua districts by authorities following the disturbances by the enemy. The video of shelling was captured by ANI.

Many who escaped the firing said they have never witnessed such fierce firing in decades. “I have never seen such intense and heavy shelling since 1971. Even in war, we were not so much targeted by Pakistan. Now they are raining mortar shells on us,” 78 year Bishan Dass, a resident of Arnia told PTI.
According to him, people living in border areas are brutally killed in the shelling every year and it is our sincere request to Prime Minister Narendra Modi to go for a war with Pakistan and sort out the woes forever. “We want war with Pakistan to teach them a lesson. We are facing shelling for generations. This is the third generation which has lived under the shadow of death”, Din said.
